We are a group of Electric Vehicle nuts who love working on and driving electric cars. We believe electric vehicles can be fun to drive and provide for some very real thrills. We believe that electric cars should be able to drive at freeway speeds and are a good, clean transportation solution for many. We believe that cars should be easy to maintain. We believe that you should be able to quickly and cheaply charge your car in your garage or driveway. We believe that you should be able to skip the trip to the gas station. We believe that you should never have to pay for oil changes. We believe that today's electric vehicles can be FUN to drive as well as help to reduce emissions. Aaron Choate, Christopher Robison and Mark Farver have been involved for some time in forwarding the EV cause in Austin, Texas and the surrounding areas. They support the enthusiast community extensively through their work with AustinEV, the local Electric Automobile Association chapter. You will see them as regular contributors to the AustinEV mailing lists and hosting AustinEV open garages. They document all of their builds and work to share the details with all who are interested.

However, they recognize that not everybody who wants to drive electric wants to build their own car, choose their own components or put together their own kit. Revolt Custom Electric Vehicles is Aaron, Christopher and Mark's attempt to serve the EV community in Austin, TX by offering electric vehicle design, conversion and maintenance services as well as a local source for performance electric car components and kits. They have strong electric vehicle construction experience and are constantly challenging themselves with new EV builds.
